The item arrived later than I thought it would, but the customer service crew was super helpful once I managed to reach them. They even tossed in a complimentary beanie and some socks, plus they offered free shipping on my next order, which I really appreciate.

Received my cargos pretty quickly, and they fit nicely while looking good too. But honestly, the cost of these cargos doesn’t match up with the quality of the fabric they’re made from.

On November 26, 2022, I bought a scarf along with some grey cargo pants (pre-order).

By December 8, 2022, I got an email asking me to rate both items (I had already received the scarf, which I genuinely love). But I didn’t rate the cargos; instead, I shot off an email asking when they’d arrive. They assured me that production was on schedule and should be ready by December 20, 2022, but shipping would take an additional 10 days.

Fast forward to January 3, 2023, and I sent another email asking for a refund since I hadn’t gotten any dispatch notifications, and my parcel tracking app was useless. Still no cargos or any reply.

I even commented on a TikTok post about the Suavo cargo, and someone replied about the pre-order production time. I pointed out that the website was misleading about the NYE delivery if you ordered before 4 PM on a specific date, but it was already over 24 hours past that deadline. My comment got deleted pretty quickly by the TikTok creator (@josephhabe).

So, the takeaway? If it’s labeled as pre-order, just steer clear because you likely won’t get it, and good luck getting a response for a refund or cancellation. On a brighter note, the scarf was so nice that I ended up buying another one along with a beanie.
